ZappLink not working in my 4R5

I keep getting this error :

Zscript Note: Interface item could not be found
SCRIPT: ZAppLink_4.0.txt
ERROR: 3842
IN: IGetFlags,internalLayer ID

I pointed back to my CS5 exe path but with no success

anyone knows what’s happening?
