ZAppLink not detecting textures update with photoshop CS6 (Windows 8.1 64 bit)

Hi guys, I started making off CS:GO skins with ZBrush because I love how does this progam works, but I have a problem on saving and updating a texture to ZAppLink.
Whenever I try to save the TempZAppLinkTexture.psd or something like this, EVERYTIME shows up a dialog telling me that I didn’t made any changes, giving me the options to return to the external 2D editor or “Ok (Unchanged)” button.
Even if I “on/off” a layer and save it gives me that error.
I searched everywhere but I only find Photoshop Crash errors and not those ones, is maybe because I don’t run ZBrush in administrator mode?
I don’t think that this is the trouble because if I put more layers instead of modify the usual one or merging all in the one made by the ZAppLink, it says to me that there are more layers and I need to merge them.
Why does this work and is not ZAppLink detect the merged layers changes?

I have ZBrush 4R6 P2.

That’s odd. Usually ZAppLink shows a ‘re-check’ message if it hasn’t detected a change in the file. You might check the permissions for the ZAppLinkData folder in the ZStartup/ZPlugs, though they should already be set to read & write for everyone.

Edit:

You could try adding a Layer in Photoshop, then when you return to ZBrush click the “Accept Edits Anyway” option. You’ll get a second messge asking if you want to keep the new layer. Make sure you click the “Delete New Layer” option. You’ll then be able to apply the color you added (to the original layer) in Photoshop to your model.
