I’m using ZappLink on MacOSX, and is not working. Someone went through this problem?
PedroJordan : please, can you be more specific about your problem? Did you downloaded the last version from the download center? Is it an install issue, the model which isn’t send to Photoshop, etc…?
Dear, Toty.
My Photoshop CS4 is, the Mac version is 10.5.8. I downloaded today ZappLink that there was no doubt. The Tool is DemoHead.ztl of Zbrush4.
Well, define front and right, and then I click ZappLink, Photoshop opens and the layers are defined by the views.
The problem occurs when I press the enter key at any time. the dialog box that is open in Zbrush closes and nothing happens.
If you want a video attachment procedures, so you can see the error.
OK, I see where the problem comes from: Zbrush is listening the events when a script is in “standby” (only on OSX), which is the case of ZApplink when you are in Photoshop. Then hitting Enter validate an action in ZBrush.
Then, to solve your issue, just relaunch ZApplink in ZBrush, but when Photoshop ask you to update, cancel the action, to avoid having your PSD overwritten by the new one. Save your current document (to overwrite the temporary file) and then go back in ZBrush. You should have the dialog box still open. Click on “Re check” if needed, and then re enter in ZBrush.

Pedro, I understood perfectly your problem
Just go back in ZBrush when your work is done in Photoshop, then if the ZApplink dialog box is no more here, relaunch ZApplink.
Then Photoshop will ask you to replace the loaded document. Just cancel. Save your work in phtooshop and go back in Zbrush: you should have the Zapplink window open. Recheck, then validate.
It works, but earlier versions were better! When the Pixologic will fix?
