I’ve looked up the diff. posts on troubleshooting … checked my folders, set both to administrator… still cant get the image to pull up in CS4.

It’s not the folders you need to set. It’s the executables themselves.
Thanks… in regards to the folders… one of the posts showed how the folders should look after down-loading… and another post talked about setting the programs to admin. Sorry I was not clear. Still look-n for help.
