For some reason i’m getting artifacts when I come back from Photoshop after ZBrush picks up my model and I zoom out… there is a rough line around the perimeter of where my viewport was in ZBrush… so… if i’m zoomed way out… and my entire model is in view the artifact isn’t projected into my texture… It happens when i’m zoomed into a detailed area.

This is the exact same problem. If the model has no subdivisions when Zapp’d the problem is worse because entire polygons are messed up.
If the model is subdivided a lot the problem isn’t as bad because the affected polygons are smaller however it is still bad and forces one to clean up the texture after any Zapp projections are done…
If I tried to Zapp to fix these artifacts it would just cause more artifacting and would be endless. There must be some solution. It’s not just my machine though. I’ve tried it on 3 of my friends computers as well. Zapplink and ZBrush 3.5r3 AND ZBrush 4.0…
what kind of material are you using? are you using fade? are you using perspective? can you show an image of your error?
I get the same artifacts with and without the Fade option.
My artifacts are generally the same as in the link shared in my previous post.
Without more information I don’t think I will be able to help you.
What information would you need?

Images of your model, LP cage, HP mesh. Exact steps taken that are giving you the results that you don’t want.
Having issues with this too. I have TRIED to be as careful as I can when smudging and using the healing brush but I come back to ZBrush and drop and I have entire fingers superimposed onto the hand!
I’m trying to smooth out seams on a human skin merchant resource but for some reason the person that made the resource decided not to do the work to make sure the seams for where the bottom and top of the hand meet and so there is this strong line that needs to be taken care of.
I stopped trying out of frustration!
