Zapplink and projection painting reverting back to original texture

I am trying to update my texture on my model by using the zaplink from zbrush to photoshop. I drop the projection and go into photoshop and paint and then save and go back to zbrush and click save update and I see my results but when I pick up the projection the results revert back to the original texture and doesn’t actually save my changes. I do have UVs on the model.

Is there certain steps that make sure it will update? I clicked on polypaint from texture and mrgb and turned off zadd. I feel like theres a small step that I’m missing. I’m using vr7.

I’m guessing you’re using flatmat. Can’t use it with zapplink. Also, just use goz instead
