ZApp Link not linking

Hi All

has anyone else had the problem of ZApp not opening from ZBrush?

My ZApp is linked to Photoshop 7 but when I press the ZApp button in ZB, Photoshop prompts me to create a new Doc (called TempZAppLink Exoprt)

If I cancel this and open my ZAppLinkExport doc it is updated.

Weird, kind of works but still annoying

Can anyyone offer help on this please? Hopefully my lsat post was not too vague,

Basically I am ZApp linking to Photoshop 7, When I try to link from ZBrush, it just prompts me to create a new doc in Photoshop?
