Now i did it!
It`s fine.
Thank you for your time.
Julian_K - FresnelOverlay is the SSS shader!
Jakyll - you 're welcome!
jeez… you are so right. I haven’t tried it yet, so I didn’t have a look at the single fresnel overlay material. I always copied it out of one of the sss materials for the rhino or the sss sphere.
sorry for that
it`s impressive !!
Good stuff! I prefer the color version on the left.
Haha thats great. I agree with Aravindan about the picture frame, it does drag your eye over that way more than you want. I don’t think it really needs that as you already know the character is focused in that direction and the subject of the question is over there so you attention is already heading that way.
But I really like the softness of your colour render. Theres something very gentle about it. The textures and shading are really nice.
So people can post GIANT pictures like these but in order to post an animated gif it has to be under 500K??? IDIOTS!!!
Julian_K - It’s ok Julian:)
majid_smiley - Thank you so much majid!
Derek Frenzo - Glad you like it!
zogthedoomed- thanks for the feedback! I was wondering about that frame. It was the only thing that stayed from the bkg parts I 've modeled . I was also trying to test some specific things in this render.
The BPR is a great feature that I am interested in for quick result but in straight forwarded way rather than too many render passes that could be labor intensive, here is the area that I mention where the finishing appear to be off.
What kept me from using single application in my work is the need to master everything and I don’t have time to learn, particularly if it can’t cover most of the rendering requirement.
Great character design and sculpting. Thanks for your explanation of the passes,
it is very helpful. Great final image too, for some reason it reminds me at the mood
of the Woody Allen movies.
Cheers
Ralf Stumpf
thanks so much for your workflow explanation ,this renders are great as i mention before:D:D
3dassets - I see…It must me something in the specular pass.
stumpf - I 'm really happy that you like it and you found something helpful!!
Beside the theme of psychotherapy , I 'm glad that reminds something that I like. Even if it wasn’t directly influenced, by something specific from Woody Allen, he is a director that I have “studied” a lot and a great inspiration for me!
You are one my favorite artists in the medium, so your feedback means a lot!
3mm - You 're welcome!! and many thanks!!!
I wasn’t in a very good mood these days and I decided to play, making some kind of a furry creature.
This was a good time to use the fiber shader for the first time.
Well, you sure cheered me up! : )
I’m assuming your creature is mirroring your mood.
Hopefully we’ll see a positive change in both of you.
Wow Beautiful render as usual! The fibers on the character look to have a little too much direction variance, but so what… he’s cheering me up, too.
So this is the fiber material, and not the fiber brush?
Thumbs up~! great model too~! (as allways)
wow thats awesome mate small_orange_diamond
I realy love your render comp, especially the grass. I would love to see how you did the fibers as there dosnt seem to be much info on how to do fibers in zbrush. well done mate and lets see some more.
small_orange_diamond
Hahahaha! I really like this. He looks like he’s pissed off that he’s been used in a fur test.
Maybe you and the muppet werent in a good mood but you guys made me smile jaja this is really awesome work. congratulations.
Haha, great litlle critter! Cheered me right up Nice render & comp.
