I consider to upgrade my system to Windows Vista. Is there any version of 64 bit Z Brush for Windows Vista available? I couldn’t find any mention about this on pixologic site.

I know that ZB is 32 or 64 bit depending on the OS you install it on, there isn’t a different version. I hope it works with Vista as I am about to take delivery of my new mega machine and it has Vista 64 on it.
I can tell you from personal experience that ZBrush 3.1 works great with 64Bit Vista Ultimate on a quad core Intel system with 8GB of RAM and a 768MB BFG 8800 GTX OC video card.

Cool, I’m looking forward to running mine on Vista 64 bit, on my i7 940 with 12 Meg. 
ZBrush is a 32-bit app which is large address aware. So it will install with the other 32-bit apps, but it can use up to 4 GB of system RAM. Since a 64-bit OS is also optimized to take better advantage of a 64-bit CPU, ZBrush will benefit from that as well.
