This is a realtime character I’m working on between freelance jobs. This is the finished high-poly, although the backpack accessory is mid-sculpt, so that isn’t included.

Here is the realtime head in toolbag 2. I might reduce the dirt a bit later, dirt is a WIP for now.
I used texturingXYZ for the pore-level detail, it worked really well, way quicker and simpler than doing it all yourself, and better looking.

Looks good. The inner corner of the eye sticks out a bit too much for my taste though :). The pores look really good, did you use the xyz textures in zbrush, or where did you project the pores? I bought one set from xyz some time ago but haven’t used it yet…

Do you use Marvelous Designer for the clothes? The folds are lovely.
Looking great so far Yuri. Maybe revisit the caruncle area of the eye, but apart from that it’s looking really good man.
Finally finished this one. These are the shots of the final character in realtime, in marmoset toolbag. He is approx. 80K tris.
I modeled using a combination of Maya, Zbrush, & Marvelous. Everything baked in xnormal, all texture work done in Photoshop.
For the face details, I used maps from TexturingXYZ, which sped up that part of the workflow a lot, otherwise the face is all sculpted by hand as well. https://www.texturing.xyz/
