I like it! 
Over all is nice. Cloth texture looks nice. The skin can be better/ nicer. I feel its blurry at the moment also tad stretching near the cheeks area. Eyes are missing depth in them. Are you using SSS for the eyes? Feels like the corea coating is missing. The golden parts on the head looks blurry too. Not sure if that is intentional.
LIghting is very contrasty . Feeling even over all. May be try to have one side little darker? rembrant lighting? with the feel of the whole image that would look nicer IMO.
