This is a personal project I’ve been working in my free time. The model was based on a concept by the talented Jonathan Gonzalez.
It all started as a z-brush sketch that I imported into max as a base for re-topology/re-modeling of the final piece. After finishing the final model and opening the uvs I than used v-ray dirt to bake some worn edges maps and started painting the textures in photoshop. I did a simple cat rig to pose the character inside max and finally made some vray renders with very fill color corrections in photoshop.
