This is my final image for the contest : "Baby Comics " on the Treddi.com forum.
The full resolution image is here saved as a .zip file on post #74.
All was done with ZBrush (modelling, sculpting, Fibers, UVmaps, Texturing, normals, disps, posing, and so on…)
Rendered in Blender internal.
