Wrinkles on a organic model

Hi fellow Zbrush users,

I’m looking for advice that anyone can give me for making wrinkles on organic models such as a human or creature figure. I seem to have a hard time creating realistic wrinkles on the faces of my models. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and if it is not much trouble, can you display a rendered picture of the model you used your wrinkle techniques with.

Look up lots of references…Google is your friend. When it comes to wrinkles, the “Dam_Standard” brush is indispensable. Check out my witch here.

To add to zber’s stuffs.

Dam standard or any cutting brush…standard works fine to, or any slash brush as well. Create the creases that you’d like to see. After that you can turn on gravity in your brush panel and use standard or inflate to get a nice over hang effect that happens to the skin over time due to gravity. A light smoothing over afterward with the inflate brush can help push that all back a bit if you go too crazy with it.

Thanks for the good advise everyone! I will apply your suggestions to my workflow in zbrush.
