How are you doing the wings where the membrane meets the support bones?
I tried to sinply extrude an edge across the width but ran into non manifold geometry. based on your 12 z brush frame image… it looks like you are doing similar. So I am curious if you have managed to render this with bump and normal maps, have run into non manifold geometry or have assembled the wing membranes in a different fashion.

CowboyBunny: You are right . i would work like cocept as far as possible . but i think for this model if i exert some variations and change something ( like hind legs which you said ) that will have better result . im trying to creat this model to the best of my ability and do one’s best .also i really need your help about select nice pose and other issues . i want to explaine my modeling method briefly :
i modeled the base completely in maya and use this concept as Image plane in Side view .i started my work with one Plane and made body , wings , legs but apart from the body and in next step connected these parts to the body .
making Dragon Tail was hardest stage for me in modeling beacuse i spend much time for make that .
i made the wings but i realized Wings are similar to Hand somedeal and have Component like to Hand .this point make me to creat wings again but with other view .

I just have one thing, that pops out for me. Its the big thumb on the wing. There’s a huge contrast between the limbs and fingers on the wings compared to the rest of the creature, especially on the thumb, but again, its a design your following, and i think you have done a great job so far 
Im just curious to see if it would work even better with that change.

What i can say about last update: the wings look pretty heavy and thick. There is no feel of membrane, take a look on bat references, there should be wrinkles coming from bone to bone.
I totally agree with capamerica about the wings but the rest of the Dragon looks great.

Hi again!
If u are interested in my opinion? i still think that wings is a weak part of a model, good work on wing muscles, but membrane and bones not good. The double bones there look bad. Also i want to recommend you too look on Illidan Stormrage wings, look on cinematic refs and illidan action figures. Actually i recommend Ilidan demon form action figure.
