I’m using 4G rams in my computer and I was thinking if it’s worth to upgrade my memory to 16G rams for Zbrush use. It is worth the upgrade since zbrush is 32bits?

Quite useful for multiple apps.
Very useful for photshop, and having multiple apps open at the same time.
ZBrush will use up to 4 GB of RAM. Anything over that will go to your OS and any background apps you might have running.
If you only really use ZBrush I would say 6 or 8 GB is plenty. If you use some 64-bit apps as well, then going up as high as 16 would be worth it. But if you don’t have any 64-bit apps that 16 GB of RAM is just going to be an expensive thing to brag about.

sorry to barge in, but i also have a question regarding the amount of RAM : any plans on going 64 bit so that we could use all the memory on our machine like 12 or 24 gb 
?
