Workflow

Hello everyone - I was hoping someone could give me a rundown on the workflow of zbrush. I’m not looking for a bunch of detail, just a list of steps one should take. For instance I created a character painted it uved it and - then I decided i needed another version with armor. Now I have a bunch of subtools and I’m not sure where to go. I want to rig everything so it works , does it all need to be one mesh? That’s how I’ve done it In the past. My interest is from a game design aspect but I like to keep my model open to swap out different pieces of gear. What kind of a workflow am I looking at? And how many uvs should I have? Some of subtools Include a jaw and eyes - what’s the best way to going about it?
