Hi everyone,
I (think-lol) I have created displacement maps and normal maps correctly, but I cannot view them on my model, so I guess I am doing something doofus-ish.
How do I know if its worked if I cannot see it applied? Hmmm:)
Is this the right workflow?
Make high res model- retop ready for animation- project onto lowres mesh- create uvmaps- assign to model-create displacement maps and normal map.
Apply displacement map and decimate with the map on the model?
When I decimate my model ignores my mesh that is all quads and goes all triangular-am I doing everything wrong? lol
