I have to go with 342 as well the area around the eyes doesn’t have much red in it and the nose cheek is like the skin has been producted or lymph system plugged slightly the blue eye definitely give the image a meloncoly which is indicative of the dryness of the eyes. I mean if this is based on a real person, I am not trying to base this reaction on a emotional level, but a functional visual synthetic level.

Here’s a quick test with red hair, I kinda like it, I may redo an other render when I get time with redish eyebrows etc.
I also softened even more the lighting.
