Womens Head - In need of help and CC

womensheadcomposit copy.jpg

So this is my first womens head but the problem is it doens’t look very feminin…
lol so thats quite a bad think. I was wondering if someone could CC and tell me how i could make her more of a women. 1 hour WIP

Sam

GREAT start so far! i think my crit would be to bring in the tops of the ears a bit and make them a little smaller…also, increase the fullness of the upper lip…i think that might start giving her a more feminine look.

upperlip more full, nosebridge less broad, ears more small, blabla… The ears seems to be too much infront of the skul.
Better you look for some reference.

Here you can find some. good luck, keep going!

nice for a first women head :+1: ,but u should learn more about proportions.Bas Mazur is right 3D.sk is great but u should subscribe to get access ,it’s not free:confused: .

she definitely needs a thinner neck, smaller ears and a less pronounced brow. “La donna è mobile, qual piuma al vento…”
Keep on , you’re on the way!!!

Getting better and better

it looks like her eyes are upside-down.

rofl her eyes being upsidedown is not a good sign…ill do some editting aftter dinner i think.

ok here is what i think it looks nice although the bottom of the eye could be smoothed a bit which would solve the “upside down feeliing” also,
the nose could be a bit wideralthough i know someone told you to thin it a bit i still think it would look better
she slightly like sigourney weaver maybe its because she has such a bold face…

Keep at it, 2nd head is better, looks much more female.

okay ive messed somemore and added a quick bumpmap to it im not happy with the nose looks strange IMO. As usual CC would be nice

Work on the eyes. They are too close. The distance between them should be approximately one eye. Otherwise it is getting nice.:+1:

Bas rocks doesn’t he.

?? I can show you where are the mistakes in this model, but after this model there will be more. So you have to learn to observe. Every time you see something, try to see it like you see it for the first time. This way is the best to learn how to make a shape or to remember how to paint or sculpt things. If you look to your hands now that way, you will say: ‘Wow, that’s a great design!’ This way of looking at the world around is the only way to learn, because your mind is thinking to know how a shape looks like. A bad memory makes the different between a good or a bad sculpture. This is the best lesson you can get.

Thanks Mister Bas…and d’oh i do have bad memory…ill blame that
