  1. I manipulated the geometry generated by the zspheres to refine the shape. Then I took this object and exported it to work in wings3d

  2. I improved the geometry in Wings and made sure that this mesh would subdivide close to 4 million polys ( the max my pc can handle).

    1. In Zbrush I organized the model in polygroups and sculpted the geometry to get what you currently see on the first image.

Here is an update. I’m basically done with the detailing stage. I tend to go a little crazy with the detailing but on this one I tried to stick with the reference.

Do you plan to texture it more and add colors? Hope so!
I collected all frogs as a screensaver (I collect frogs, stone, wood, silver)

This is a very nice frog. Can’t wit to see a nice material and a bunch of cool colors on the little guy.

For people who need a frog as model, don;t forget that Filip donated a handful of models. Also a Frog,and a Hippo, and…

Bas: Yes I plan to texture it. Right now it has no texture on it. The details you see where modeled using Projection master. Frogs are very interesting, half the fun was collecting reference pictures from the net.

Lemmonado: The material on the frog is not the final one. I’ll do a new one and texture it.

Aztec: Se a lo que te refieres. Con ese material parece como si tuviera mucho frio. :stuck_out_tongue:
