Wise Guy huh? I know, I know, the Joker has probably been done to death by everybody else, but that’s just it. Not by me. So here is the beginning of my attempt at the “Crown Prince of Crime”.
I’m still quite new at 3D modeling and really, don’t know much about it. ZBrush has opened up a new world for me and has inspired me to do some research and take a new road into the digital world. I just aquired a copy of Maya 8.5 and am starting the tutorials so for this model I cheated quite a bit. The original head model was exported (stolen? I mean lets call it what it is) from Poser 6. I used a “James” base head and neck (the teeth come with it as well, whether you like it or not.) All of the facial manipulation and detail has been done in ZBrush and you can see it’s still very much a WIP.
Comments and tips are very welcome and appreciated. There is so much amazing talent here that I can only stand to improve in it’s presence. Thanks for stopping by…

In this next pick I’ve layed in the eyebrows, added the eyes (thanks to the many eye tutorials on the forums), and started the play with skin texture. I’ve also begun to lay in the hair. It still has a long way to go, but you get the picture…
