Hey Scott! how have you been?

The likeness is coming along good. Great texture work. I would say you can make it look more like him by adding the strong indented line he has around his lips, and making the nostrils come out farther towards the tip of his nose.

one thing i notice is the kind of sharp angle on the upper ear lobe
its not quite the same as the pics of Jay z

the whole lip texture needs to be moved down… also the chin indentation needs to be stronger. there is also a tad less fat on the outer lips edge.

the top of his nostral areas needs to be defined / sharpened. and slightly less skin in the upper eyelids :slight_smile:

but it’s very very good dude… respect!

I think you’ve got the likeness and sculpting down. You could nit-pick, examine and tweak every pore until it’s exactly like Jay-Zs. But honestly, who will notice? If they can’t tell who it is now then they just don’t know who he is. I definitely think your ready for the next stages. Great work.
