realy nice one. congrats…

Bueno, bueno, bueno… Y todavía no está terminado.:+1: :+1: :+1:

really COOL! i wish i could do stuff like this!! if you don’t mind me saying, the two straps on the right look weird;they seem to be hovering in the air and not resting on his shirt. it seems as though there are some shadows missing creating this impression. BUT I LOVE IT!:+1: :+1: he looks pretty nasty!

 wow the pig is insane… it is getting better and better

Awesome stuff! Is the year on the tag the year you were born?

nice update fausto…i really like the concept you build for him…we can feel the sheer aggression …now waiting for the texturing updates…also found this amazing work of Paul Mejias whose sculpting work i admire, so this might work for you as a refrence…cheers :+1:

I’m really glad with the nice replies to this thread!

Hey vivien, the straps looks weird because I didnt model any folds around that area yet… and the shadows are really low sampling too… so, looks like it has no contact with his shirt.

Hey Harsh, thanks a lot for this reference… it’s amazing! Really inspiring.

I’m slowly puting more details (I don’t have much spare time) and folds to show the pressure that the belts cause on the shirt.

Thanks a lot!

Fausto.

:grimacing: Man…no words…your work always rock!! The mouth is amazing!!!

congrats, your modeling skills is amazing!!:+1: :+1: :+1: :+1: :+1:

Top Friken Notch!
Amazing piece of work, the atmosphere and character are just sick!:+1: :+1:
if this was animated into a short of somekind i think you might have a golden ticket.
consider me a fan already!

Hi Fausto,
i am a big fan of your works, that modelling is great.:+1:

I’m surprised blizzard lets you have enough time to do your own projects

The chanchito looks mighty nice though. Keep it coming.

PS will you texture this one?

Fausto,

excellent additions. I have a question tho…are the straps in the collar gonna strap to some kind of hood? if not I don’t think they would react in the same way the restraints do due the the pressure of his desire to escape. It’s hard to tell at this point tho if it’s lighting or not. But some look as tho they have been worked to include the same effects of the belts and was just wondering…specially since you are doing such a fabulous job of paying such cool attention to details. I can see the collar twisting around and the straps with it but don’t see them under the same kind of pressure as the straps. Also…if they are going to be a part of the restraint system they need to be more secure or one or two need to be “tearing away”. doh…i know it’s a wip…some ideas maybe…don’t mind me I obsess on the obvious sometimes.

Anyway I ramble on…awesome stuff!!

Hello Fausto!!
Parabens pelo trabalho tá ficando muito show!

Um grande abraço e muito sucesso!

I like your image, Fausto!

I’m a big sucker for Animalia.

Heres some more reference I found from my Sculpturing Image Archive:

Also, I think you have somewhat perfected the roaring expression but one thing that bugs me about most roaring expressions, including the T-Rex from Jurassic Park is their eyes. In the case of Jurassic Park 1, when the Tyrannosaur let off a massive roar her eyelids closed giving her a dumb muppety look.

In your case its not THAT bad infact all I think your character needs is for its eyes to be wide open and stressfull. As if its ruthlessly shooting all of its hatred and anger out at his captor and enemy through its eyes.

I think the shape of the character’s eye cavity and brow needs more work to lessen that morphy stretched look. I would adjust the eyes to look more like this giving your character a more dramatic roar flooded with hate and desperation:

Keep up that fantastic work of yours, Fausto. I like your style.
