So this is my last work. It all started like a modeling challange where I was trying to make a bust of Sir Winston Churchill. When it was done I get this idea to make a caricature from him. Well, this is the result, so you tell me if its good http://www.cgchain.com/images/smilies/bye.gif …

Great work, only thing that bothers me is DOF , it just looks
inaccurate and wrong for such nice and realistic render.

Thanks guys for such a nice comments. As I said I all start like a modeling
challange on cg chain where I was trying to macht the original head of
Churchill and make the realistic head… Than I took this model and tweak it
in Zbrush to make a caricature of it…

very nice! I like the style and the humor. It is very refreshing. Thanks for posting the WIP and work elements as well. The only thing I see that may use work are what look to be stretching in some areas. Specifically on his hat right above the brim and his jacket right below his left (our right) jowl. I also agree with another post that mentioned more detail on the pigeon. Aside from that, I think it is fantastic. :smiley:

Brilliant! And that pidgeon is just as or even better that the man himself.

By the way, I was always fascinated by the story that once he had a minor stroke during a crucial visit to the US during WWII but he didn’t realized that as he was always so unsteady anyway so his doctors decided not to tell him.

The hat is too uni formally reflective in my opinion. Other than that it’s a really funny idea, fantastic overall image and amazing color palette. You got my vote for top row :slight_smile:
