At a quick glance, I did not see any thing like that. I know the last contest that was shown here (forget the site) was limited to demo users only. Confirm please.

i believe it also said something like if there aren’t 20 submissions by 2/01/06 that the contest would end but am not positive on that. oops went and re read it…the deadline won’t be extended…2/14/06 is it!
I think that the contest is now open to everyone but must be confirm.
