I’m ready to give Zbrush a go. But there is no trial version available for Mac. Only on Windows. Why??
For me it’s a choice between Zbrush and Mudbox. The Mudbox trial has just downloaded. When can I get the Zbrush trial. Or am I just gonna be forced on to Mudbox since there isn’t a Zbrush trial version for mac?? 
A trial should come out after 3.5 is released for the Mac. We also aren’t releasing a newer PC trial yet because our focus is on the Mac release. We are working to release 3.5 for Mac during this first quarter of 2010.
I would suggest you get started with Mudbox now, have some fun, and evaluate it while you wait for ZBrush 3.5.
Though they are similar programs, I made my choice and can’t wait for the next upgrade to ZBrush.

I have searched extensively before posting this, but is there still no MAC trial version? I am a registered owner of the Windows version, but I’m visiting the USA (from the UK) where my young nephew would really love to evaluate it (on my enthusiastic recommendation!), but on a MAC, and I still can’t find a link to a MAC trial, or failing that, more current new of it’s release?
