Why is my ZB2018 installer freezing at 3/4 of the way during unpacking files?

Hi, I am trying to upgrade from 4r8 to 2018, Got the link to download installer from ZB, the installer freezes at about the 3/4 point during unpacking files. I have anti virus turned off, I use chrome to download.

So I am stuck and cant install, Any ideas as to how to fix this?

Got it working, I redownloaded the installer and tried it again and it worked.
