Why is LazyMouse's LazyRadius defaulted to 1?

Turning on Lazy Mouse for the first time using ZBrush 4 I thought they had switched the hotkey to something other than ‘L’.

Upon further investigation, I realized it still works the same way, but for some reason the LazyRadius is set to 1. Changing this to somewhere around 20-30 bings back the Lazy Mouse I love so much.

Now every time I start ZBrush, I have to change the stoke options so that LazyRadius is 20-30.

Why oh why would anyone want the LazyRadius to be 1? Why is that the default? Please tell me there is some way to change this setting so I don’t have to change it manually every single time I open up ZBrush.

I dont know why you would want lazymouse as a default option either, quite annoying you cant set it to stay off on startup

yep - you can set your settings and then save the brush - that’s the only way around it - I agree, it’s irritating
