The problem is with the UV’s themselves. They’re clearly scrambled, and have some overlap as well.
You should double-check the UV export options in whatever program was used to create the UV’s. You’ll also want to make sure that all the UV’s are nicely within the 0,0 to 1,1 space, with a bit of room around the edges.
_Under options i have these settings…dunno if they r ok for export

Those are ZBrush’s options. They won’t help in this case. You need to go back to the program that was used to create the UV’s. In that program, you need to ensure that none of the UV’s overlap, and that they’re all in the 0,0 to 1,1 space with a little bit of extra room around the edges.
