As you can see on the screenie this happens to me now on my model, and I have no clue why…
It just bakes the faces in the map, why? 
I’m not really sure whats wrong here…could you describe your process and expected outcome a little more?
Are you talking the faceting?
Your model was unwrapped in Max and imported as a .obj
Max’s gw obj format and zbrush’s wavefront obj formats don’t play nice together.
If you’re working with Max you should be working with goZ as this fixes this problem
You can also rotate each UV inside of Zbrush to fix the problem
tool.UV Map.Adjust.Cycle UV
I believe you have to hit this 2x for this error out of Max.
Please don’t link images to somwhere else and post them here instead. Anybody doing a search with the same problem in the future and finding this thread may wonder what you are talking about if the image you are referring to no longer exists. Thanks!
