Why does my Zsphere tool keep disappearing from 3dMeshes

I’ve been using Zbrush for a few months now, and what seemed like a slight problem in the beginning, is now very frustrating. For some reason after I use the zsphere tool a couple of times to retopologise, the zsphere tool then dissapears from my 3d Meshes, and I have to restart each time to get it back. What am I missing, how do I fix this, please help!!

Old thread I know, but when you need a zsphere, always use clone button on the original zsphere tool. For some reason, after zbrush makes 2 copies of the zsphere tool, it happily lets you easily modify the original zsphere, making it unavailable as the basic tool.
