White walker sorta thing?

whitewalkerfrontdetailed.jpg

This is my first atempt at making a creature type sculpt. No idea if it looks remotely interesting so some advice on how to make it look more gnarly would be nice guys.

And comments on how to improve the coloring would be great because I’ve always struggled with color schemes. Was inspired by HBO’s Game of Thrones…trying to think of how I would make a white walker look…he’ll have hair if I make a lower res version…not sure what type of ears he’s gonna have.

Hello Redpanda. Your sculpt has a definite interest and presence to it.

Posting some different angles will defiantly give us a better understanding of the sculpt. and help us give a more informed critique.

I think that the mouth of the sculpt is throwing it off a bit. if you have any reference for it that would help as well.

Im looking forward to seeing what you do with this.

and here I’ve started blocking in some ideas for types of armour…think I’ll keep an underlying skirt but have strips of leather over top and like a strip of fur around the belt…some sorta of waist protection…don’t quite know what to do with the boots yet…too many possibilities for it…maybe have plated shoudler armour…seriously need to do the underlying arm sculpting before deciding on gloves and stuff thoughwhitewalker_blockin.jpg
I wanna make it like the HBO version but with my own twists…gotta read the books me thinks

well, I made a post before that last one and it hasn’t been put up so sorry if this ends up repeating but here is some other views

With the mouth, I used tortoise reference and ended up creating like a beak which I then decided to make like 3 hard tooth shaped things instead of a top lip…I’ll see what I can do to make it loop right…
Beard or no beard?
