Hiding polys and I get this transparent viewport with a small red square around a brush stroke occasionally. Not a problem, it looks like a screen grab alpha thing. I cant get the viewport back to normal. Any help appreciated.

I think you’re accidentally starting a stencil. Go to the Stencil menu and see if “Stencil On” is glowing. If it is, click it and turn the stencil off. Your screen should return to normal . . .
