Where is ZMAPPPEr

I just installed ZBrush 3.1 on my MAC (PowerMac 2 x 3.1 QuadCore).
But what I do not see is the ZMAPPER.
I downloaded the MAC Plugs, but

1. how do I install the ZMapper?
2. Why is it Rev. D?
