I’ve been following Joseph Drust’s tutorial on how to make chains but I can’t seem to find the Multi-Marker tool. I don’t have it under my Tool palette.

Its in the 2.5D Brush Palette. You could create your chain easier with mirror and weld.

…By the by, where is the 2.5D Brush Palette?
Its underneath the brush palette top right of the interface.
