Where did SHADOWBOX go?

Hi there. I’m just getting my feet wet with Zb and going through the tutorials on how to use ShadowBox. However. The interface used in the tutorial has SHADOWBOX button that is non existent in my version 4r3.

Where do I access it? Appreciate your help.

Shadowbox has been moved to the geometry palette about halfway down the palette.

Thanks! Found it. Yum.

In the Tute, the shadowbox resultant mesh is semi transparent. And it seems like it’s like that by default. I don’t see an option to replicate the same workflow. Mine is solid and the only thing I’ve got to work around so far is to paint on the outside of the box or to hit the SOLO button. I’m using ShadowBox128 from the tools, is there another version of the ShadowBox tool in Zb that has the resultant mesh in semi transparency by default?

Apart from the ZbC tutorials, are you aware of any additional in-depth training available on ShadowBox? I’d really like to get this one down perfectly since I think it would be a major tool I’d like to master.

Thanks for your help. Appreciated.

For the Shadowbox mesh to be transparent, turn on Transp and Ghost buttons. The two buttons above Solo.

Turn on Transparency from the Transform menu or the button on the right side of the canvas
