Where can I buy ZBrush 3.1?

I know I could purchase ZBrush 3.1 directly from Pixologic, but I’m just wondering if there are other authorized shops where it can be purchased for less.

I have seen it for $499 US on sale currently, but I wonder if this site is safe to make online purchases from.

How can they be selling it for less? I do recall the price has gone up recently.
Are there any other places selling it for less than the MSRP?
