can anyone tell me what’s wrong?

1. I finished the ZB painting

2. I send the face part to Bodypaint to continue the texture map painting

3.Done with Bodypaint

4.send the face part back to Zbrush

5. HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN???

Did I do something wrong??? Please help me~~~~~
