What is your hard surface workflow for Maya Integration?

I love sculpting hard surface objects in Zbrush, but I just cant find a good way of getting my sculpting into maya. Either the normal map is off, or the displacement doesnt keep sharp edges…

Also, when I smooth the mesh in maya, everything is distorted. Just wondering what you guys do with these amazing sculptures you do…
