What is the Zbrush workflow for creating assets like this?

All parts are doable for me except for the blade itself - how do you get a clean, even and sharp edge like that when it’s also curved? (my best attempt at this point was using topology/adaptive skin with zsphere rigging and it sort of works but I want to find out if there’s a smarter way)

the dam standard brush can give a nice edge. maybe try making an edge first, then building out the blade from that.
