What happened to my mask brush here @.@

Hey everyone, this is my mask brush after I’ve painted and decimated my model @.@

It has something like oppacity but it’ll be paled right away if I paint on it second time (just like when you draw something on the white board using a marker) and I can’t mask my model anymore

I don’t know if painting or decimation has any effect to the model (I’ve tested another zsphere 125, painted it, and decimated it and after that I still can mask it, but with the model I cannot). So can anyone tellme what happened to my mask brush please

Thanks for helping

not quite sure what your problem is, but try tool.masking.remove or clear.

@Beta_channel thanks for your help but it doesn’t work. But I’ve solved my problem by simply going to Brushes --> Reset all brushes and then I can mask normally  Maybe I did something wrong with the brush itself

If its like I think it is, I’ve had that happen to me a lot, and have never found an answer to either what caused it, or how to clear it.

Its like when you lay down a stroke, it’s not as dark as you expect, but when you g o over it, it’s like watercolour, half going on, half wiping the old stroke away? Is that what you mean?

@Gordon, yeah yeah that’s exactly what I mean. It’s like when you paint watercolor in something like a whiteboard and the color cannot stick to the surface.

I hope you can reset your brushes and that won’t happen again because I resetted my brushes and now I can mask normally

And I don’t know what I did wrong either @.@
