What brushes i use to do it?

Are you new to ZBrush? There are tons of ways to do that, so many that it is hard to know what to suggest.
Personally I would use the Move and standard brushes to get the basic shapes, then for the fissures I would use Alphas>Mask by Cavity and pull the fissures in with either the Move brush or Deformations.
I suggest just getting stuck in and playing with the various brushes first. You can come back and ask for more help if you run into problems.

Yes, several tutorials on Youtube. But in this image the rock is made of sedimentary rock and erosion. I thought to have some specific Brush or Alpha for this.
You could make your own, based on similar images to the one you posted.
