what are these lines? [Solved]

So i think these lines are from when i hid the arms to work on the torso. My question is if there is a way to fix these lines or do i have to scrap the sculpt it and start over? Also, how can i avoid this problem in the future.

They look like masking. Have you tried clearing masking (Tool>Masking>Clear)?
