Weird problem when doing retopo (flip face?)

I connect zsphere carefully. when i bush “A” …
It show me some thinig that I don’t expect.

I check my zsphere connection again and again, i can't find the error. do anyone meet this problem like me ? :( [This is ZTL file link](http://www.persianupload.com/download.php?file=wzs61022ym6kl63dun31.zip). thank's for help.

there is a problem with retopology when you try to make something like a finger with only four sides, the only solution is to add an extra loop. you can also not make the fingers in retopology but extrude them using the edgelooping function in the geometry palette.
