weird pinch on model when using goz

hey guys, so I tried to use goz for the first time last night, everything seems to be going pretty well until I noticed that my model has some of the weird verts poking out after using goz to import my model from maya and transferred the high res details over.

do you guys by any chance know the cause of this and is there any work around to it?
