Want to create a half torus from one four poly island to another - how?

** ANSWERED **

I do love QModeler, but it drives me crazy sometimes… Please see the attached image. I’m trying to create a half torus that bridges the tops of those columns, each of which is comprised of four polys. Having a helluva time and I’m not even sure that it is possible? Anyone tried something like this? Any suggestions?

Delete the polygons at the tops of those cylinders that you want to join (Polygon> Delete > Polygroup island). Select Edge > Bridge> Two Holes. Click on an edge surrounding each hole in turn, then drag out the resulting bridge between the two. You should be able to interactively drag out an arch shaped bridge between the them, as well as the number of sections, depending on which direction you drag.

Bloody amazing! Thanks, Spyndel, I will try that as soon as I am able. I just knew I hadn’t discovered something that could NOT be done !
