Wacom Intuous 4 Tablet Problem

Hello, On this new computer I’ve started having trouble with my Intuous 4 tablet,
It basically does not work inside Zbrush.
When I hover my pen over the tablet nothing happens, but when I take the pen away from the tablet the cursor changes to the “last position of my pen”. It also does not respond to tablet/pen clicks.

I installed the latest drivers, but I don’t think the issue lies there.
The tablet works fine outside of zbrush, it’s just while zbrush is the top-most window that this problem occours.

I’m on a Windows 7 Enterprise, and some policies to “pen and tablet” has changed, but I have no idea how to find or alter those policies. Please help.

The reason why I know some policies has changed is because of this:

Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Pen and Touch -> Flicks

If someone knows where I can find these policies, please let me know.

If you have installed Wacom drivers, they might be conflicting with Windows tablet pc drivers. Something you can try, and I had to do this on my Vista PC and, as a result, never have any problems using my Wacom Intuos 3, is:

Click on Start button and in the Run box, type “services.msc” without quote marks. When Services dialog opens, scroll down to ‘Tablet PC Input Service’ . Double click on it and in Service Status, click “Stop” then in “Startup Type”, select Disabled. Click Apply then OK.

Hello, My tablet does not work anymore after stopping the service.

I find it very strange because I used to stop that service to prevent flicks on my vista, i guess it only works for vista then?

I found the group policies which were changed and put them back to default, the problem is still not solved so it’s not the group policies after all.

Any other idea what might be causing it?
