Hi, i bought new intuos pro medium and from day one i have problem with it the express keys suddenly stop to react and that happens 2-3 times a day, touch ring works and only solution is to unplug usb cable or restart the pc, i tried to remove user preferences in tablet preferences utility but it does not solve the problem when i go to diagnose the touch ring is the only thing that works i also tried this with usb power saving option trick viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9721 after some testing i noticed that this happens only in zbrush i dont think is faulty tablet i left it pluged in for 3 days and everything was working perfectly all buttons reacted as they should? please help, thank you.
