Im fairly new to using zbrush and just recently iv started to notice my pressure sensitivity goes off when im working.
At 1st everything is fine but pressure sensitivity usually goes away when i change my brush size or pick a new brush…
any ideas why??

sounds like a driver issue. uninstall the wacom drivers and make sure you have the most recent ones when you reinstall.
some applications will also cause your pressure settings to change as well. I have an issue with pandora one turning off my pressure settings. I just unplug my tablet and plug it back in and it fixes it.
My drivers have been updated.
My current solution is unplugging and hoping it would reset and work again.
It may be some other application interfering as you said but i dunno what
